Who we are
This website (unitedplates.org) is operated by United Plates of America ("we", "us"), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity (EIN 92-2960872). Our mailing address is 2608 South Viewmont Drive, Greenacres, WA 99016. Contact: michael@unitedplates.org.
Information we collect
- Information you give us through forms. The contact, volunteer, partnership and newsletter forms collect what you type: for example your name, email address, phone number (volunteer form, optional), organization, and your message. Please do not put sensitive information (such as Social Security, bank or card numbers) in any form.
- Donation information. Gifts will be processed by a third-party hosted checkout ([PLACEHOLDER: platform name]), not on this website. We do not collect or store your card or bank details on this site. We may receive your name, email, gift amount and similar details from the payment platform so we can acknowledge your gift. Online giving is not yet available.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which our hosting provider ([PLACEHOLDER: host name]) may log for security and operation.

Requests for assistance

How we use information

- To follow up with people who offer to volunteer or partner with us.
- To send updates, if you have opted in to our email list.
- To process, acknowledge and keep records of donations.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
